Akçay iplik

The Akcay Family has started textile business at the end of 19th century. Wool and carpet yarn trade has been the core branch of the family. Birlik Yun Iplik was established in 1960 by group of entrepreneurs, and then became wholly owned by Akcay Family by the year 1970.

Die Akçay Familie startete Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts das Textilgeschaeft. Das Haupt-geschaeft der Familie war der Woll- und Teppichgarnhandel. Birlik Yün Iplik wurde 1960 durch eine Gruppe von Unternehmern gegründet und kam 1970 in den Besitz der Akcay Familie.

Akçay Ailesi'nin tekstil geçmişi 19. yüzyıl sonlarında başlar. Birlik Yun İplik Mensucat Fabrikası 1960 yılında bir grup girişimci tarafından kurulmuş ve 1970 yılında tamamen Akçay ailesi tarafından yönetilmektedir. Kuruluştan itibaren yün ve halı ipliği ticareti ailenin ana işi olmuştur.

Birlik Yun Iplik has produced carpet yarn and hand knitting yarns for years until 1980 but had to stop that time due to market conditions and then has been a fabric and blanket supplier to Turkish Army. In 1980 company extended its product range by investing in the knitting yarn business.

Birlik Yün produzierte Teppich- und Handstrickgarne bis 1980; musste jedoch infolge der.Marktlage die Produktion stoppen und wurde ein Gewebe- und Deckenlieferant der Türkischen Armee.  Durch die.Investition in das Strickgarngeschaeft vergrösserte die Firma 1980 sein Warenangebot.

Birlik Yun İplik 1980 yılına kadar halı ve el örgü ipliği üretimi yapmış fakat pazar koşulları sebebiyle o tarihte bu üretimi bırakarak Türk ordusuna kumaş ve battaniye tedarik etmeye başlamıştır. 1980 yılında firma ürün gamını trikoya yönelik kamgarn yatırımı ile genişleterek triko sektörüne de hitap itmeye başlamıştır.

2 years ago Birlik Yun Iplik decided to return to the carpet yarn business in order to use its 100 years of experience in spinning and also in dyeing by supplying hank-dyed and fiber dyed carpet yarns to the high end waivers in contract carpet business.

Vor zwei Jahren entschied Birlik Yün Iplik zum Teppichgarngeschaeft zurückzugehen und seine 100 jaehrige Erfahrung im Spinnen und ebenfalls in Faerbung durch Versorgung von Knaeuel-Faerbung  und Fasergefaerbte Teppichgarnen zu höchsten Aufhebungen

2005 yılında Birlik Yün İplik halı ipliği üretimine tekrardan başlayıp bu kolda iplik üretimi ve boyama konusundaki 100 yıllık tecrübesiyle halı sektöründe söz sahibi halı üreticilerine çile boya ve elyaf boya halı ipliği tedarik ederek hizmet vermeye başladı.

Our factory is situated in the west side of Turkey in the city Usak. It is located in an Organized Industrial Zone on a 52,500 m2 land with a 30,000m2 building. Our carpet yarn production line has a capacity of 900tons/year. It consists of 2 HDB Carding, 4 x 160 spindles Gaudino spinning frame, 1 x 130 spindles Wolkmann twisting frame, 1 x 48 spindles Carl Meyer Autoconer and 3 x 6 spindles Gilbos Hank to cone winder with meter controlling unit. The spinning plant is completed with a modern dye house that has hank, cone and fiber dyeing vessels and quality control laboratory that controls each process with the latest technology.

Der Sitz unserer Firma ist in der Stadt Usak, im Westen der Türkei. Es befindet sich in einem Organisierten Industriegebiet  auf einem Grundstück von 52.500 qm Grösse und verfügt über eine Gebaeude-Bodenflaeche von 30.000 qm. Unsere Teppichgarnherstellungs-Linie hat eineKapazitaet von 700 t / Jahr und besteht aus 2 HDB Kardierer, 4 x 160 Spindeln Gaudino spinnendem Rahmen, 1 x 130 Spindeln Wolkmann Rahmenverdreher, 1 x 48 Carl Meyer Autoconer Spindeln und 3 x 6 Spindeln Gilbos Knaeuel zum Kegelwinder mit Messeinheit. Das Spinnbetrieb ist mit einem modernen Faerbehaus komplettiert, welches aus Knaeuel, Kegel und Faserfaerbebehaeltern besteht und im Besitz eines Labors für  Qualitaetskontrolle ist, welches jeden Prozess mit der letzten Technologie kontrolliert

Tesisimiz Uşak'ta Organize Sanayi Bölgesi'nde 30.000m2 kapalı olmak üzere toplam 52,500m2 alan üzerine kurulmuştur. Halı ipliği üretim kapasitemiz senelik 900ton'dur. Halı ipliği üretim hattımızda 2  adet HDB tarak, 4 x 160 iğli Gaudino vargeller, 1 x 130 adet kovalı two for one  Wolkmann büküm makinesi, 1 x 48 gözlü Carl Meyer Autoconer ve 3 x 6 gözlü Gilbos metre sayaçlı çileden bobine aktarma makinesi bulunmaktadır. İplik tesisimiz çile, bobbin ve elyaf boyama yapabilen modern boyahanemiz ve her türlü prosesi son teknoloji ile control altında tıtan kalite control labaratuvarımız ile desteklenmektedir.

Our dye house has a capacity of 15000kg/day. We have a wide range of dyeing tank variety in our dye house which gives us flexibility and service advantage. Our dyeing tank capacities are     4 x 1000kg (linked system), 2 x 500kg(linked system), 4 x 100kg(linked system), 2 x 50kg,         1 x 25kg, 2 x 10kg, 1 x 5kg and 1 x 1kg.

Unser Faerbehaus hat eine Kapazitaet von 15.000 kg/Tag. Wir haben eine umfangreiche Anlage mit einer grossen Vielzahl von Faerbebehaeltern in unserem Faerbehaus, welches uns Flexibilitaet und Leistungsvorteil bringt. Unsere Faerbebehaelter haben eine Kapazitaet von 4 x 1000 kg (Verbindungs-System), 2 x 500kg (Verbindungs-System), 4 x 100 kg (Ver-bindungs-System), 2 x 50 Kg, 1 x 25 kg, 2 x 10 kg, 1 x 5 kg und 1 x 1 kg.

Boyahanemiz 15,000 kg/gün iplik ve elyaf boyama kapasitesine sahiptir. Geniş boya kazanı çeşitliliği ile müşterilerimize esneklik ve servis avantajı ile hizmet vermekteyiz. Boya kazanı kapasitelerimiz 4 x 1000kg (Akuple sistem), 2 x 500kg(Akuple sistem), 4 x 100kg(Akuple sistem), 2 x 50kg, 1 x 25kg, 2 x 10kg, 1 x 5kg and 1 x 1kg.

Along with the carpet yarn production, we produce knitting yarn with a capacity of 10000kg/day in our worsted spinning line for the knitwear industry. Our worsted line starts from stretch breaking until 1994 and 2001 model worsted spinning lines with 10,000 spindles.

Neben der Teppichgarnproduktion produzieren wir in unserer Kammgarnspinnerei Strickgarn für die Strickwarenindustrie mit einer Kapazitaet von 10000 kg/Tag.Unsere Kammgarnspinnerei startete von der Ausdehnungs-Brechung  bis 1994 und 2001 vorbildliche gesponnene Kammgarnlinien mit 10.000 Spindeln

Halı ipliği üretimimizin haricinde günlük 10.000kg kapasite ile üretim yaptığımız ve ağırlıklı triko ve örme sektörüne hitap ettiğimiz kamgarn tesisimizde her türlü iplik karışımında üretim yapmaktayız. Bu üretim tow koparmadan , iki adet 1994 ve 2000 model kamgarn iplik makinalarına kadar tam entegre olarak yapılmaktadır..
